This policy explains how refunds are handled for CloudMigPro migration service engagements.
Engagements are scoped and quoted before any work begins. Most engagements require an advance payment to confirm and schedule the work, with a final payment due after migration is complete and reviewed to your satisfaction.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway (such as 2Checkout/Verifone, PayProGlobal, or PayPal). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the same gateway used for the transaction, and may be subject to that gateway's own processing timelines and non-refundable transaction fees, in addition to the terms on this page.
If you cancel before we begin any scoping or migration work, your advance payment will be refunded in full, less any payment processing fees already incurred.
Once migration work has started, the advance payment covers work already performed and is generally non-refundable. If you need to pause or cancel mid-engagement, contact us directly — we'll work with you to find a fair resolution based on the work completed.
If a migration cannot be completed due to an issue on our end, we will work with you on a partial or full refund proportional to the work not delivered, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
